Baltimore County Councilman David Marks on Monday praised plans to redevelop the former Rite Aid building located at 9708 Belair Road in Nottingham/Perry Hall (21236).
The empty facility will be renovated into an adult day center specializing in meeting the needs of senior adult with dementia.
“This redevelopment will not only bring new activity to an unused building in Perry Hall,” said Councilman Marks. “More importantly, it will provide a critical service to Baltimore County.”
Called Town Square, the building will have a 1950s-theme style.
Groundbreaking will take place later this month.
