ESSEX, MD – Police in Baltimore County are seeking help identifying a suspect who was caught on a homeowner’s surveillance camera during a second-degree burglary.
Detectives believe that this suspect is responsible for a burglary of a shed in the 100-block of Wiltshire Road in Essex (21221) on May 10th.
Tools were stolen from the shed after the suspect cut the lock to gain entry. The suspect also attempted to steal an ATV by cutting it loose from a chain, but was unable to succeed in stealing it.
The same suspect is also believed to be responsible for the attempted burglary of a shed in the 1200-block of Willow Road (21222) in April. In this case, the clasp to the locked door was broken off but the suspect was unable to gain entry to the shed.
Both incidents occurred around 3 a.m. and both were caught on exterior home surveillance cameras.
