PARKVILLE, MD – An annual tradition continues this September in Parkville.
The 2019 Parkville Fair sponsored by the Pinder Plotkin Legal Team will be held on Sunday, September 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This year, the fair will be held in its new location in the parking lot at the Putty Hill Shopping Center, located at 2532 Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville (21234).
The 35th annual Parkville Fair sponsored by Pinder Plotkin is presented by the Parkville Carney Business Association – a non-profit, non-political organization comprised of local business professionals and volunteers working together to make Parkville/Carney a great place to live, work, and thrive.
The Parkville Fair offers a fun day of music, family-friendly activities, entertainment, food, and shopping. There will be a showcase of local businesses, crafters, retailers, service providers, and food vendors.
The event will feature an Irish dancing demonstration by the O’Connor Irish Dance Studio as well as live music by The Swingin’ Swamis and Blatant Eights on the Chesapeake Bank of Maryland stage.
In the Destinations Credit Union Children’s Area, there will be a moon bounce, face painting, caricaturist, balloon art, and much more.
“This new location at Putty Hill Shopping Center will give us a great deal of space, high visibility, and will allow attendees to watch the Ravens’ season opener on the outdoor TVs in the McAvoy’s beer garden,” said PCBA president Chris Montcalmo. “We’d like to thank our title sponsor, the Pinder Plotkin Legal Team, as well as all of our sponsors, for helping make this event possible for the community.”
