PERRY HALL, MD – An important, new tradition kicks off tomorrow, April 27, 2019.
The Hope & Peace Foundation, together with Maryland’s 9/11 Rolling Memorial, the Charm City Punishers, and Mission BBQ Perry Hall, will be holding the first annual First Responder Suicide Awareness Ride.
All riders and non-riders are welcome.
The ride’s organizers hope to shine a light on the silent epidemic of first responder suicides.
The group hopes to raise awareness and to provide resources to first responders so that they know that there is help and someone who will listen to them if and when they feel there is no way out.
Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Mission BBQ in Perry Hall. The ride will take place next with food, beverages, and music then taking place from noon to 3 p.m.
