A fire engine that was responding to a medical emergency in White Marsh on Friday night was struck by a vehicle.
The crash occurred at the White Marsh Park & Ride in the 8400-Block of Honeygo Boulevard.
A firefighter from the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company sustained a minor injury and did not seek medical attention.
WMVFC says that one of its engines will be out of service indefinitely due to damage sustained in the crash.
No additional details were provided with regard to the initial medical emergency that led to the call.
