Police seek to identify man who robbed elderly woman at Nottingham ATM

Police in Baltimore County are asking for help in identifying a robbery suspect who threatened an elderly woman with a knife at an ATM in Nottingham.

The male suspect pictured below approached a 71-year-old woman who was at the ATM outside of Wells Fargo Bank located at 8851 Belair Road (21236) at around noon on December 9, 2018.



He held a knife to her back and demanded she take money out of the ATM, but instead she began screaming for help. The suspect fled on foot toward Verdel Road where he got into a dark colored SUV-type vehicle and left the area.

Detectives are now asking for the public’s help in identifying this suspect, described as approximately 6 feet tall, thin, and around 20 years of age.

Anyone with information on this crime or who can help identify this suspect is asked to call police at 410-887-5000. Callers may remain anonymous.
