Police say a Parkville man was killed in a Saturday morning crash along E. Joppa Road.

At just after 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a crash at E. Joppa Road at Silver Spring Road.

At the scene, paramedics found that a single vehicle had left the roadway and struck a tree.

The driver of the vehicle, 51-year-old Kevin Spaugh of Bernadotte Court in Parkville, was killed in the crash.

Police continue to investigate at this hour.
