Police are investigating a pair of robberies and commercial burglaries that were reported over the weekend.
At just after 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, an individual was sitting outside of the C-Mart, located in the 100-block of Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221), when two suspects walked up to the victim. One suspect struck the victim and then the other suspect stole the victim’s cell phone and fled.
Sometime between 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, and 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 17, an individual entered the King Mulch store, located in the 7900-block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237), via the front window. Once inside, the suspect stole various hand tools.
At 6:15 a.m. on Sunday, September 16, two individuals kicked in the front door of the Subway restaurant, located in the 6300-block of Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale (21237). Once inside, the suspects stole cash, then fled the scene.
At 11:15 p.m. on Monday, September 17, three individuals robbed a man of his wallet and keys at gunpoint in the 7500-block of Twincrest Court in Rosedale (21237). The suspects then fled.
