Police are investigating several robberies that were reported over the past weekend.
At just after 4:15 a.m. on Friday, July 6, two individuals, one of whom was armed, knocked on someone’s door in the 600-block of Delaware Avenue in Essex (21221). Once the victim opened the door, the suspects entered and stole jewelry, a wallet, money, and medication. The suspects then fled the scene.
At 4:45 a.m. on Friday, an individual was walking in the area of Hazelwood Avenue and Ellinwood Road in Rosedale (21237) when a suspect brandished a knife and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect money and a bank card, and the suspect then left in a vehicle.
At 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, a woman reported that at 8 p.m. on Friday, she was approached and assaulted by two individuals in the area of Middleborough Road and Queens Purchase Road in Essex (21221) . The suspects also stole the victim’s belongings.
At just before 9 p.m. on Saturday, after an altercation had taken place, a juvenile was robbed of his personal property by another juvenile in the 2600-block of Rader Avenue in Parkville (21234). The suspect stole clothing, a cell phone, and cash from the victim. The suspect was arrested.
