M&T Bank in Rosedale robbed, shoplifters hit Rite Aid in Essex

robberyPolice are investigating three robberies that were reported this week.

At just before 2 p.m. on Monday, June 11, two individuals were shoplifting from the Rite Aid located in the 100 block of Back River Neck Road in Essex (21221). As they were exiting the store, they were approached by an employee. One of the suspects pushed the employee aside and the suspects fled the scene.



At 2:20 p.m. on Monday, an individual entered the M&T Bank located in the 8300 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237), presented a note to the teller demanding money, and implied a weapon. The suspect fled after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash.

At just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, two individuals approached a man in the area of Orville Road and Eastern Avenue in Essex (21221) and asked for money. When the man refused, one suspect produced a knife while another suspect stole money from the victim. The suspects then fled on foot.
