Crews are on the scene of a crash involving an overturned tractor trailer on Interstate 95 in Harford County.

The crash was reported at about 10:30 a.m. along northbound I-95 just past the Mountain Road exit.

Hazmat teams have responded to the scene to clean up fuel.

The right lane along northbound I-95 is currently blocked and delays are present.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
