Emergency crews are one the scene of a Sunday evening water rescue in Perry Hall.
At just before 5:30 p.m., multiple people became trapped in rising flood waters at Gunpowder Falls State Park along Belair Road near near Miller Road (21128).
Reports indicate that the subjects became stranded “on a surface in the river.”
Two rescue boats have been deployed.
Motorists should avoid this stretch of Belair Road.
Another section of Belair Road was shut down due to flooding on Sunday and a man had to be rescued in the Seven Courts community.
A flash flood warning is in effect until 10:45 p.m.
