Police are investigating three carjackings and two robberies that were reported over the past week.
At 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, an individual approached someone in the 500 block of Dorsey Avenue in Essex (21221) while brandishing a handgun. The suspect stole the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene it in.
At just before 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 29, two individuals stole cash from another individual in the 100 block of Orville Road in Essex (21221).
At 6 p.m. on Sunday, a pizza delivery driver was robbed of his keys and vehicle by three suspects while making a delivery in the 6700 block of Averill Road in Rosedale (21237).
At 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, two individuals approached a man from behind in the 200 block of Eastern Boulevard in Essex (21221), assaulted him, and stole his cell phone.
At just before 1 a.m. on Monday, April 30, two individuals forced a man out of his vehicle at gunpoint in the 700 block of Peterson Road in Middle River (21220). The suspects then fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
