Earlier this afternoon, parents were notified of an investigation into a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at Vincent Farm Elementary School. It was initially believed that the owner of the vehicle was on the sex offender registry. Through their investigation, Baltimore County Police have determined that the vehicle owner is not on the sex offender registry. Baltimore County Police continue to investigate this incident and if more information becomes available, it will be shared with you.

Police are investigating after a vehicle registered to a sex offender was spotted outside a White Marsh elementary school on Friday.
The message below was sent to Vincent Farm Elementary School parents and families regarding the suspicious vehicle in the school parking lot.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
This is Principal Bender calling from Vincent Farm Elementary School.
Earlier today, a suspicious vehicle was identified in the parking lot at Vincent Farm Elementary School. Out of an abundance of caution, students and staff who were outside in the area were brought into the building while an investigation took place. At that time, the vehicle left school property and Baltimore County Police were immediately notified. In coordination with Baltimore County Police, the owner of the vehicle has been identified as a person listed on the sex offender registry. Baltimore County Police are actively investigating and as more information becomes available, it will be shared with you.
