Pair of local 7-Eleven stores robbed

7-elevenPolice are investigating after a pair of 7-Eleven stores were robbed over the weekend.

At 9:30 p.m. on Friday night, April 20, an unknown suspect stole cash from the 7-Eleven located in the 6400 block of Golden Ring Road in Rosedale (21237) at knifepoint.  The suspect then fled the scene on foot.



At just before 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 22, an individual walked into the 7-Eleven located in the 600 block of Compass Road in Middle River (21220), displayed a knife, and demanded money from two cashiers. The suspect took the cash and four packs of cigarettes and then fled the scene on foot.

Police have not indicated whether or not they believe the robberies are connected.
