Crews are responding to the scene of a Wednesday afternoon house fire in Carney/Parkville.

At about 2 p.m., units responded to the 3300 block of Appleton Avenue (21234).

At the scene, firefighters found smoke showing from a fire in a single-family dwelling.

Two patients are being transported for burns, according to Baltimore County Breaking News.

There are also reports of a possible subject trapped.

A second ambulance is being called to the scene.
