Crews are on the scene of a serious, Saturday morning crash in the Fallston area.

At just after 8 a.m., paramedics responded to the 1700 block of Route 1.

At the scene, emergency personnel found that there had been a head-on collision.

Belair Road has been shut down in both directions for medevac response.

Motorists should avoid the area.
