The wind storm continues to affect travelers across the state and along the East Coast.
Commuters traveling by train on Friday should be sure to check ahead.
Amtrak has announced that it is suspending rail service along the northeast corridor due to “multiple weather-related issues.”
Trains that are already en route to their destinations will continue on and hold upon arrival.
ALERT: For safety, all services along the NEC are temporarily suspended due to multiple weather related issues. Trains enroute will continue to WAS/NYP/BOS (whichever is first) and hold. We apologize for this inconvenience and will be providing updates as soon as possible.
