Crews are responding to the scene of a Saturday evening fire in White Marsh.

At just before 6:30 p.m., crews from the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to a reported transformer fire at the intersection of White Marsh Boulevard and Philadelphia Road.

There has been no word on any injuries.

Motorists should avoid the area.
