Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious, Wednesday afternoon crash in Perry Hall.

At about 12:30 p.m., paramedics responded to the area of Joppa Road at Carlisle Avenue (21236).

At the scene, crews found a vehicle that had overturned after striking a tree and a pole.

One person is said to be entrapped in their vehicle and needing rescue.

Motorists should use caution in the area.
