Police investigate burglary, 4 robberies

Police LightsPolice are investigating a burglary and four robberies that were reported in recent days.

Sometime between 3:30 p.m. on Friday, November 17, and 7 a.m. on Monday, November 20, an individual cut a lock to gain entry into a storage shed at the Poole Anderson Construction site, located in the 7900 block of Belair Road (21236). The suspect stole several power tools before fleeing the scene.

At 4 p.m. on Monday, November 27, one of two individuals assaulted a man and then demanded his money and keys in the 9300 Block of Indian Trail Way in Perry Hall (21128). The suspects then took the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene.



At 6 p.m. on Monday, three armed individuals approached the victims on Miceli Court in Parkville (21234) and demanded all their property including the keys to their vehicles. The suspects then fled the scene in the victims’ vehicles.

At just before 7:30 p.m. on Monday, a food delivery driver returned to her vehicle after making a delivery on Valley Arbor Court in Essex (21221), at which time an individual physically assaulted her. The suspect stole money from the driver’s pocket after a brief struggle and then fled on foot.

At 11 p.m. on Monday, while a man was sitting in his van in the area of Virginia Avenue and Eugene Road in Essex (21221), two suspects opened his vehicle doors, assaulted him, and stole his cash. The victim quickly drove away from the two suspects and called the police.
