Police are investigating several local robberies, assaults, and burglaries that we reported over the past week.
At just after 10 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, an armed man entered the Royal Farms located in the 7900 block of Pulaski Highway in Rosedale (21237). The man approached the counter and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled in a vehicle which was located nearby, at which time four suspects were taken into police custody.
At 12:30 a.m. on Friday, September 15, an individual produced a gun and fired shots toward a group of people in the 800 block of Eastern Boulevard in Essex (21221), The suspect fled the scene. The victims were not injured.
Sometime between 7 and 10:30 a.m. on Friday, an individual broke into an apartment in the 100 block of Aspinwood Way in Rosedale (21237) via the bedroom window. The suspect stole various items from the apartment before fleeing the scene.
At about 7 p.m. on Friday, an armed man robbed another man of his cash and cell phone in the 800 block of South Marlyn Avenue in Essex (21221).
At 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, a man broke into the Subway restaurant located in the 1700 block of Chesaco Avenue in Rosedale (21237) while a second individual stood outside. The suspect stole money from the cash register, then fled with the other suspect.
