Police have located the vehicle that struck and killed an Essex man.
The Baltimore County Police Department on Wednesday recovered the suspect vehicle involved in Monday’s hit-and-run that killed 23-year-old Kyle Marshall as he was walking his mother across the street in Essex.
The vehicle, a purple 2012 Hyundai Sonata, was located in the 900 block of Sun Circle Way in Essex after a concerned individual reported it as a suspicious vehicle parked near their residence.
Authorities obtained a search warrant for the vehicle, towing it to police headquarters on Wednesday for the recovery of evidence.
A suspect has not yet been identified in this case, but police are continuing to investigate.
A GoFundMe page has been established to help Kyle Marshall’s family pay for funeral expenses. He left behind three children.
