Police investigating burglary, 2 robberies

Police GraphicPolice are investigating a burglary and two robberies that were reported over the weekend.

At 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, an individual snatched a woman’s purse from her shoulder in the parking lot of the Weis Markets, located in the 100 block of Orville Road in Essex (21221).  The suspect then fled the scene on foot.



At 2 a.m. on Friday, August 25, two people were assaulted by two individuals as they were returning home in the 12100 Block of Sugar Mill Circle in Middle River (21220). The suspects stole a purse from one of the victims.

Sometime between 1:30 and 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, an individual entered a residence in the 6200 block of Commons Road in Rosedale (21237) via an unlocked door.  The suspect stole cash and electronic equipment before fleeing the scene.
