Police investigate 3 local robberies

robberyPolice are investigating three local robberies that were reported this week.

At about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, a man pretended to make a purchase at the Royal Farms store located in the 8800 block of Philadelphia Road in Rosedale (21237). The man implied that he had a gun, reached into the cash drawer when it was opened and stole cash. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle.



Sometime between 1:40 and 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, two men entered a home in the 800 block of Lowe Road in Middle River (21220). The men assaulted the occupant and demanded money. The suspects stole three cell phones, a bank card and house keys before fleeing.

At 3 p.m. on Thursday, a man arranged to sell a necklace to someone in the 300 block of Shagbark Road in Middle River (21220). When the buyer refused to make the purchase, the seller assaulted him and stole cash from his pocket.
