Robbery, assaults, burglaries being investigated by police

Police GraphicPolice are investigating several local robberies, assaults, and burglaries that have been reported within the last week.

At 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, seven individuals assaulted a juvenile victim and stole his cell phone and money at Putty Hill Park in Parkville.

At just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, three individuals entered a home in the 5600 block of Arnhem Road, 21206, assaulted the occupant, then fled the scene.



Sometime between 10 p.m. on April 23 and 7:30 a.m. on April 24, an individual entered a home in the 1000 block of Foxwood Lane, 21221, via a window and stole car keys and a vehicle.

At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 24, an individual was assaulted on Newhall Court, 21234.  The suspect was arrested at the scene.

At 4:45 p.m. on April 24, an individual attempted to enter a residence on Sylvan Park Court, 21236, by kicking in the front door. The door frame was damaged, but entrance was not gained.

Sometime between 6:30 p.m. on April 24 and 12:15 a.m. on April 25, an individual entered a residence in the 3000 Block of Woodside Avenue, 21234, via an unlocked front door.  The suspect stole cash, a game system, and accessories before fleeing the scene.
