Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious Sunday night crash in Joppa. 

At about 10 p.m., paramedics responded to the area of Joppa Road at Trimble Road. 

Reported indicate there was a head-on collision at the scene. 

Multiple patients are said to meat treatment, although there has been no update on their condition. 

Motorists should avoid the area.
