Police investigating three burglaries

burglaryLocal police are investigating three burglaries that were reported this week.

At about 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, someone broke into the Subway restaurant located in the 1700 block of Chesaco Avenue, 21237, and attempted to steal the till in the cash register. The till was not obtained, and the suspect fled the scene.



Sometime between 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 13, and 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, an individual broke three doors to the abandoned chapel at the Ohr Knesseth Israel Anshe Sfard Congregation Cemetery, located in the 6300 block of Hamilton Avenue, 21237. The suspect removed a fire extinguisher from the building before fleeing the scene.

Sometime between 7:40 a.m. and 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, an individual broke into a residence on Mopec Circle, 21236.  Once inside, the suspect stole televisions, game systems and food.
