Police investigating 6 local burglaries

burglaryPolice are investigating six local burglaries that were reported over the past week.

Sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, March 3, someone gained entry into an apartment on Latimer Court, 21237, by shattering the bedroom window. Once inside, the suspect stole a laptop computer then fled the scene.

Sometime between 1:25 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, and 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 5, someone gained entry to a residence on Canoga Place, 21236, through a kitchen window. Once inside, the suspect ransacked a bedroom and stole cash, clothing, a computer and jewelry.



Around about 11 a.m. on March 5, an individual forced open the front door to a home on King Henry Circle, 21237, and stole cash from the kitchen.

Sometime between 1 and 5 p.m. on March 5, someone entered a residence in the 5500 block of Madge Court, 21162, through a basement window and stole two safes containing cash, two handguns, various pieces of jewelry and a television.

Sometime between 1 and 4:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, an individual gained entry into a home in the 1200 block of Hesse Avenue, 21237. Once inside, the suspect stole a television then fled the scene.

Sometime between 5 p.m. on March 7 and 1 a.m. on March 8, someone suspect forced entry into an apartment in the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive, 21221, through a bedroom window. The apartment was ransacked, but nothing appeared to be missing.
