One killed, one injured in Thursday night crash in Middle River

fatal-crashUPDATE: 3/3/2017 – The driver of a truck that lost control on Wilson Point Road and rolled over, ejecting both the driver and a passenger, has died.

Christopher Andrew Fike, 23, of Middle River, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead late Monday night, February 27.



The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Baltimore County Crash Investigation Team.

One man is dead and another is in critical condition after their truck flipped over in Middle River on Thursday night.

The truck, a 1994 Chevrolet C/K 1500, was traveling southbound on Wilson Point Road near Alder Drive at about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday when the driver lost control, struck multiple parked cars, and rolled over.

Both occupants, who police believe were not wearing seat belts, were ejected from the truck.

Police responded and declared the passenger dead at the scene. He is identified as Bryan Derek Mast, 28, of Middle River.

The driver, a 23-year-old man, was taken to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.

This incident continues to be investigated by the Baltimore County Crash Investigation Team.
