Franklin High’s School Resource Officer became aware yesterday of a video depicting a female teacher engaged in a sex act with a male student. The SRO immediately contacted the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children Unit with the information.
Detectives from this unit initiated an investigation which confirmed the existence of the video and the teacher’s involvement in sex acts with the 16-year-old student on two occasions, once on December 21 and again on December 22, 2016.
The crimes did not occur on school property.
