The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 28-year-old man from Rosedale.

Emanuel Combs was last seen on December 31 at approximately 1:53 p.m. leaving his residence on Beowulf Circle in Rosedale.

He is known to frequent Baltimore City near North Avenue.

Combs is approximately 5’3″, 125 lbs., has black hair and brown eyes.
