Police are investigating after two Perry Hall businesses located on Joppa Road were burglarized over the weekend.
Authorities says that, sometime between 9:30 p.m. on Friday, August 26, and 9 p.m. on Sunday, August 28, someone smashed in the back door of Hope’s Horizon Recovery Center, located in the 4100 block of Joppa Road, 21236. Once inside, the suspect stole a safe containing cash and surveillance equipment.
Then, sometime between 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, and 9 a.m. on Sunday, August 28, someone broke into Julinda’s Salon, also located in the 4100 block of Joppa Road, 21236, and stole cash and security equipment.
Police have not said whether or not the two incidents are related.
