Baltimore County Councilman on Thursday shared an update on the Harford Road widening project the Parkville/Carney area.
Councilman Marks shared a letter from Angelozzi Brothers, Inc., the company performing the work.
“While the project has been inconvenient at times, it is important to modernize our water infrastructure,” said Marks. “I would like to thank the county engineers who have worked with me over the past two years to answer questions from the community.”
The text of the letter is below:
“Dear Councilman David Marks,
‘Home Stretch’
We are the water main contractor working on the above referenced job installing a new Baltimore County 12” water main from Joppa Rd North on Harford Rd past Cub Hill.
We will be installing approximately 110 new water services for the residents in this area.
When this work is complete, the entire road will be paved, resulting in a new water line and a new road, ‘The Finish Line!’
We would appreciate the mailing address of the local community association to forward this good news, and to express our appreciation for their patience.
Sincerely,
Nicholas Angelozzi, Jr.
CEO”
