Robbery, 2 burglaries reported in Parkville, Overlea

BurglaryPolice in Baltimore County are investigating a robbery and two burglaries that took place over the weekend.

Sometime between 8:30 and 10 a.m. on Friday, May 6, someone broke into a home in the 3200 block of Sperl Court, 21234, after the occupant left to go to the store. While the victim was gone, the suspect entered the residence through an unsecured basement door and stole jewelry.



At 10:45 p.m. on Friday, May 6, a juvenile was riding his bike in the parking lot of a church located in the 5200 block of Hamilton Avenue, 21206, when someone approached him and asked if he was interested in selling his bike. When the victim refused, the suspect pulled out a handgun, took the dirt bike and fled the scene.

Sometime between 11:15 p.m. on Friday, May 6, and 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, an suspect opened an unlocked sliding door to an apartment located in the 2800 block of Gavin Way, 21234. The suspect stole a TV set and three sets of keys.
