Improvements to be made at Kingsville Park

Kingsville ParkLong-needed improvements will be made to Kingsville Park, according to Baltimore County Councilman David Marks.

The improvements, which will begin in 2017, will include stabilizing the fields and improving drainage, which has been a significant problem at the 23-acre park off Franklinville Road.

The design work is approximately 95 percent done, Marks says.  Once it is complete, the Department of Public Works will send the project out for construction bids.

The current plan is to have fields ready by spring 2017.
