Boy seriously injured in Dundalk crash

img_0629.jpgA young boy is recovering after being injured in a Monday afternoon crash.

Just before 5 p.m., Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to the 100 block of Ventnor Terrace in Dundalk for a report of a crash involving a pedestrian.



A preliminary investigation has revealed that a 7-year-old boy was crossing Ventnor Terrace when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver remained at the scene.

The boy sustained serious injuries and was flown to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics. His current condition is unknown.

This crash is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team. The investigation is expected to take several weeks.
