A pair of Friday morning crashes is snarling traffic along Philadelphia Road (Route 7). 

At about 10 a.m., the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported one crash at Route 7 and Forge Road as well as a second crash at Route 7 and New Forge Road. 

The two crashes are within 0.5 miles of one another. 

The county recently announced that a traffic signal would be installed at Route 7 and New Forge Road, an intersection that has been plagued with accidents.
